The second day of the Chiba-2019 Grand Prix in taekwondo kicks off in Japan today.
On the second day of the competition, our compatriot Nigora Tursunkulova fights.
Tursunkulova fought against Loren Williams of the United Kingdom for the semifinals. In the interesting and contested match, the Uzbek taekwondo won with a score of 17: 8. In the semifinals, Nigora will play against Magda Vit-Enen of France.
Earlier, our compatriot defeated Catherine Alvarado of Costa Rica (4: 1) in the 1/16 final and Kim Jean Dini (1-0) in the final.
Svetlana Osipova won the bronze medal yesterday and Nikita Rafalovich will take part in the tournament on September 15.
