Taekwondo Junior Tournament for the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea has started in Tashkent.
The opening ceremony of the tournament was held today at the Universal Sports Complex in Tashkent. The event was also attended by the Secretary General of the National Olympic Committee Jasur Matchanov.
Speakers wished success to the participants and noted that taekwondo, which is a national sport of the Republic of Korea, is on the rise in our country.
The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea to Uzbekistan Mr. Kwon Yong received his words in the Uzbek language.
After that, the world-famous Kukkivon sportsmen from Korea came to the circle and showed their performances. Different performances, featuring spectacular Taekwondo sports, made a great impression on the audience. Today, those who have not been able to see these spectacular performances will be able to watch the spectacle tomorrow, September 23 at the closing ceremony.
